Lloyd Suh is the recipient of the 2022 Harold and Mimi Steinberg Award, the 2020 Horton Foote Prize and the 2019 Herb Alpert Award for Theater. His play THE CHINESE LADY premiered as a co-production by Barrington Stage Company and Ma-Yi Theater Company and was hailed a New York Times Critics’ Pick during its NY run. It returned to NYC in a co-production between the Public Theatre and Ma-Yi in 2022. In the 2022-2023 season, Lloyd’s play THE FAR COUNTRY premiered at the Atlantic Theatre and was also a New York Times Critics’ Pick, and THE HEART SELLERS premiered at Milwaukee Rep to rave reviews.
His other plays include CHARLES FRANCIS CHAN JR’S EXOTIC ORIENTAL MURDER MYSTERY produced by NAATCO; THE WONG KIDS IN THE SECRET OF THE SPACE CHUPACABRA GO! produced by the Children's Theatre Company in Minneapolis and Ma-Yi Theatre; BINA’S SIX APPLES produced by CTC and Alliance Theatre.
Payment: Book Club members must provide a credit card for payment when signing up. Shipping and handling are not included. Payment, shipping, and handling will be processed quarterly for the quarterly subscription and will be based on weight/location. Payment, shipping, and handling will be processed once for the annual subscription and at a flat rate. Please make sure your shipping and mailing information is up to date.
Book Club members may not exchange Book Club titles for alternate plays. Additional plays can be purchased separately. One-time purchases and subscriptions must be purchased separately.
Broadway Book Club includes acting editions only. It does not include manuscripts, ePlays or trade editions. The subscription cannot be used in conjunction with any other prearranged group discounts, unless specifically stated. Discounts for educators, bookstores, libraries, agents or authors are excluded without limitation.
Broadway Licensing may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or liability by posting a revised agreement on the Broadway Book Club website. Any change shall take effect immediately, unless otherwise noted. You may view the current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time online.
Return Policy: Broadway Book Club does not accept returns for unused or overstock items. All sales are final. For quality issues including misprinted books or items damaged in transit, contact Customer Service.
Subscription will renew automatically unless the Book Club member cancels. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email. To cancel your subscription please email [email protected] with the subject line containing “Book Club Subscription Cancellation”
Customers must submit a cancellation request before shipment for the request to be honored. Requests must be made by the 15th of the previous month, at least 15 days before renewal.
